Calling all Maintenance Engineering Technicians for an amazing opportunity to join our year-round team in the Upper Village of Beaver Creek! Put your mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities to work in one of Colorado’s premier mountain communities, keeping our properties comfortable, safe, and operating at their best. If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out, fixing what’s broken, and taking pride in a job well done, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do Includes:

  • Maintain homes and associations throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
  • Perform HVAC and plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to guest room maintenance requests through ALICE.
  • Perform hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.
  • Complete basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems.
  • Assist with pool and spa maintenance and repairs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with several of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
  • A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
  • A valid Colorado driver’s license.
