Faculty Position-Finance/Business Administration
The Business Department at Ave Maria University invites applications for a full-time, open-rank, non-tenured faculty position to start in the 2027-2028 academic year.
Preference will be given to:
- Candidates with teaching, industry, and research experience.
- Candidates who have earned a doctoral degree in Finance or a closely related field.
- Candidates equipped to contribute to the University’s Catholic identity and mission.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for full consideration.
The following documents must be submitted:
- Cover Letter
- Curriculum Vitae, including a list of publications
- Graduate and Undergraduate University Transcripts (unofficial transcripts are acceptable initially, official transcripts to be furnished upon request)
- Teaching Philosophy as it Relates to the Apostolic Constitution Ex Corde Ecclesiae
- Research Statement: Research in progress and further interests
- Three Letters of Recommendation
-Optional supporting materials: Sample syllabi from courses taught, course evaluations
Review of applications will begin on November 1st, 2026 and will continue until the position is filled. Rank and salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s credentials.
