We collaborate with a wide range of teams including Industrial Design, Marketing, Environmental, Operations, and many others during the design process.

Minimum Qualifications


3 years of relevant industry experience BS in Materials Science & Engineering, Polymer Science, Fiber Science, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of material science fundamentals Strong analytical/creative problem-solving skills; ability to use statistical tools and techniques Effective verbal and written presentation skills, able to present technical details succinctly Ability to travel internationally, up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications


Experience working with contract manufacturers and vendors from concept to manufacturing in mass-production Experience developing materials with a wide range of performance requirements Working knowledge of analytical techniques to characterize materials Experience with paper, fiber, inks, coatings, or bio-based materials Data-driven approach to solving complex problems
