As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Quality Control Inspector in a full-time role.
The Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for quality control testing of packaging materials and finished products to ensure their conformity to defined specifications and standards.Â
RESPONSABILITIES
- Sampling and testing of incoming packaging materials and finished goods in accordance with written procedures
- Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, communicating required adjustments to production team.
- Perform daily standardizations and equipment performance checks
- Maintain records and data associated with testing.Â
- Perform calibrations and calibration verifications.
- Utilize instrumentation and techniques such as Torque meter, vacuum testing, dimensional analysis.
- Able to read drawings.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree or higher preferred with approximately 2-3 years of relevant quality control experience, in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with  Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong attention to detail

- Location: Del Valle (Austin), Texas
- Specific requirements: Wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), compliance with safety and quality guidelines
