Sales Representative – Tree Services (Leads Provided)
Full-Time | In-Person | Uncapped Commission | Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Position Overview: Job Summary
We’re hiring a motivated and personable Sales Representative to meet with potential clients, assess tree care needs, and close high-value service deals. This is a 100% commission-based role with leads provided — giving you the opportunity to earn based on your performance while selling services people truly need.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with residential and commercial clients in person
- Assess tree conditions and make expert recommendations
- Present estimates and proposals for services (pruning, removal, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM software
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
- Stay current on best practices in arboriculture and tree care
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (any industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Interest in arboriculture, landscaping, or tree care is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earning potential)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Job Type: Full-time
