Who You Are: We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. The ideal candidate is respectful, compassionate, and professional when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow established cleaning, sanitation, infection prevention, and safety procedures, and complete assignments efficiently. Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is preferred but not required. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Environmental Services Coordinator, the Housekeeping Specialist is primarily responsible for the daily cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, rest rooms, offices, and furniture. In accordance with federal, state and local standards and guidelines, and as may be directed by the Manager of Plant Operations to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times. To assure that our community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner. The associate must be able to work in a 24-hour operation.
