Job DetailsJob Location: CAG Corporate Team - Austin, TX 78757Position Type: Full Time  As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing the company’s digital advertising and online presence. This role manages paid social campaigns, oversees SEM vendor performance, analyzes Google Ads and website data, and supports ongoing SEO efforts  Please submit your resume, portfolio (if applicable), and a cover letter detailing your experience with paid social media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Digital Advertising Strategist – Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms. Oversee SEM vendor performance, strategy, budgets, and campaign results. Analyze Google Ads performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor website analytics, traffic, engagement, and conversion performance. Support website SEO, including content, keywords, metadata, and on-page optimization. Identify digital performance trends and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure digital campaigns and website initiatives align with dealership goals and marketing strategy. Skills & Qualifications: Experience:   2+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, ideally in an agency setting or for multiple clients.   Proven experience with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.   Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, GA4, audience targeting, and advertising tools.   Skills:   Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns and SEM for different client goals.   Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.   Proficiency in using social media analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.   Additional Attributes:   Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management skills.   Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver results for clients.   A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.     Why Join Us: Work with a diverse range of clients.   Opportunity for growth and career advancement in a fast-paced, innovative environment.   Collaborative and supportive team culture.   Competitive salary and benefits package.
