Role Summary
TESIM Electric is seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide practical day-to-day support to TESIM’s office and project teams. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare, organize, scan, file, and distribute routine documents and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, order supplies, and assist with travel or event details.
• Update trackers, contact lists, training records, and project information.
• Support leaders and team members with timely follow-up and general administrative tasks.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of administrative, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience.
• Comfort with email, Microsoft Word, and basic Excel.
• Strong organization, accuracy, discretion, and follow-through.
