About TQA
TQA is the Agentic AI Experts. We turn Agentic AI into real-world advantage, transforming how enterprises operate, adapt, and outperform. We deliver agentic and automation solutions that work in production rather than in a laboratory, built across Microsoft, UiPath, and ServiceNow, with the integration expertise to connect legacy, cloud, and new platforms. We stay with our clients from vision through to measurable value.
Better. Faster. Proven.
Our values guide how we work: Be Human, Every Day. Always Moving Forward. Future Focused. A Trusted Partner.
About the Role
This is a builder's seat. You'll own a short, high-value list of accounts and you'll run the entire deal yourself: first outbound touch, solutioning, negotiation, close, and renewal. No hand-offs to a closer, no working someone else's discovery call.
Instead of a sprawling territory you're expected to spray across, you get a small enough book to actually go deep: build real relationships with health system and payer executives, understand their operations, and sell solutions that solve real problems in claims, revenue cycle, and prior authorization, backed by TQA's partnerships with Microsoft, UiPath, and ServiceNow.
You're joining as TQA builds out its named-account model for the first time, which means you'll help shape what good account ownership looks like here, not just execute a playbook someone else already wrote.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle sales ownership of your named account list: prospecting, qualification, close, and renewal
Deals sourced through your own network or the partner channel, even outside your named list or the healthcare/insurance focus, when the opportunity is real
Joint account planning with TQA's three priority partners: UiPath, ServiceNow, and Microsoft
Positioning TQA's core solution areas within your accounts: agentic automation of provider and payer back-office workflows (claims, revenue cycle, prior authorization), AI governance and monitoring, and Power Platform and Copilot adoption
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management against a small, high-value account list, not volume-based coverage
What We're Looking For
5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, with a track record selling into health systems, payers, or complex healthcare IT buyers
Experience running full-cycle deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, ideally in a named-account or strategic-account model rather than a high-volume territory
Comfort selling technical, outcome-driven solutions (automation, AI, workflow platforms) to both technical and executive buyers
Willingness to travel regularly within the region for in-person relationship building; this is not a fully virtual selling motion
Self-directed operator who can build a book from a short list of accounts without heavy BDR support in year one
Nice to Have
Existing relationships inside any of the region's top systems (Cleveland Clinic, Trinity Health, CommonSpirit, Corewell, Bon Secours Mercy Health, or Ascension/Mayo/SSM in adjacent territories)
Prior experience selling alongside or through UiPath, ServiceNow, or Microsoft partner channels
Familiarity with RPA-to-agentic modernization narratives, or experience selling automation takeout/migration deals tied to renewal cycles
Payer-side experience (PBMs, TPAs, national or regional insurers) as TQA's insurance ICP comes online
