Schedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, one rotating weekend day per month
Pay: state range $24 to $38 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic therapy team. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Occupational Therapy Services
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize residents' independence, safety, and quality of life
Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes
Communicate resident status and treatment recommendations with the supervising Occupational Therapist
Assist with screenings, treatment interventions, and discharge planning activities
Wellness & Resident Engagement
Assist with wellness classes and therapeutic group programming
Participate in campus-wide wellness initiatives and resident activities
Promote healthy aging, functional independence, and resident participation through engaging programs
Support creative and innovative approaches to resident wellness and quality of life
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, wellness personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members
Participate in care plan meetings and resident-centered care discussions
Contribute ideas that enhance therapy services, wellness programming, and resident outcomes
Support special projects and departmental initiatives that promote growth and innovation
Passion for serving older adults and promoting person-centered care

Qualifications:
- Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
