Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Own the studio P&L, including revenue, payroll, and profitability.
  • Oversee daily studio operations to ensure efficiency and deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead the Marketing Manager, Head Coach, and Sales Advisor, and hold each accountable to their goals.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach the studio team across sales, coaching, and front desk, with regular feedback
  • and performance reviews.
  • Manage the full sales process, including lead handoff, follow up, and closing memberships.
  • Monitor, track, and report sales and operations KPIs, reviewing performance monthly with the Owner / Franchisee.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to turn qualified leads into booked appointments and memberships.
  • Build a positive, high energy culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and results.
  • Build and maintain strong member relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
  • Support the studio long term financial health through intelligent, data driven decisions.
