Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, applications, and purchasing requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and proactively follow up on quotes, leads, and customer requests.
- Support outside sales representatives with customer communication, quotations, product information, and order management.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, industrial sales, or related experience preferred.
- Experience with industrial pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical equipment, fluid handling, or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products.
- Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications, drawings, and product literature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM/ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
