The Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of Fox TS LLC dba Auburn Toyota's facilities, ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Responsibilities:**
* Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all showroom areas, offices, restrooms, and customer waiting areas.
* Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the dealership.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and exterior areas, including picking up debris, sweeping, and ensuring clear pathways.
* Assist with moving vehicles on the lot and in the service department as needed.
* Ensure all vehicles are clean and presentable for customers, including basic detailing such as wiping down interiors and washing exteriors when instructed.
* Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms and customer waiting areas.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist other departments with various tasks as needed to support overall dealership operations.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Prior experience in a porter or janitorial role is a plus, but not required.
