Maintenance Superintendent

This Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for on-call for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property located at 92 Clark St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will perform a wide variety of:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry 
• General building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units
• Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours.
