INTERNSHIP FORMAT:Â

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week, depending on business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027.Â

The Stellantis Software Engineering (SWE) is a global fast-growing group within Product Development & Technology focused on innovation & development. The goal of SWE is to help Stellantis lead in the fields of autonomous driving, smart cockpit and connected services.Â
We are looking for technology game changers to join our internship program and contribute to our success. You will receive an opportunity to acquire valuable skills that will boost your future career potential, and you will gain hands-on experience working among technology leaders and fellow interns and will deliver technical solutions aligned with our software strategy. You will have the opportunity to present and share your project to our Product Development & Technology Senior Leadership team. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Physics, Econometrics, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fieldÂ
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internshipÂ
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsÂ
- Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicableÂ
- Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2027Â
- Authorized to work in the United StatesÂ

- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersÂ
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizationsÂ
- Knowledge or interest in automotive industry and digital trendsÂ
- Knowledge or experience in agile working methodsÂ
- Working experience solving complex problemsÂ
