This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at a Stellantis Assembly or Powertrain Manufacturing Plant in Metro Detroit, Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, or Centerline, Michigan Complex. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from May through August 2027. Â

Interns will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set. DEPARTMENT DETAILSÂ
The Quality interns will be assigned meaningful projects within Manufacturing Quality, Control Tower & Field Quality or Corporate Quality. Candidates will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our Quality department and apply their coursework to drive results.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Â
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering or related fieldÂ
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internshipÂ
- Must be willing and able to work in a plant environmentÂ
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applicationsÂ
- Willingness to relocate for internship, if applicableÂ
- Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2027Â
- Authorized to work in the United StatesÂ
- Ability to travel to local plants within Michigan, Ohio, and Canada. Estimated travel around 20%Â

- Strong data analysis skills Â
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Â
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersÂ
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.Â
