Responsibilities
- Responsible for controlling issue and receipt of pass keys.
- Operates computer to maintain room inventory.
- Answers department phones, assisting callers where appropriate.
- Processes maintenance work requests.
- Promotes positive public relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior room attendant experience preferable.
- Good clerical and office skills.
