Howell's Kitchen & Bar is looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-focused To-Go Specialists to join our team. Known for our welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, elevated tavern favorites, handcrafted cocktails, and outstanding guest service, Howell's is a place where every guest experience matters—whether they're dining with us or enjoying our food at home.

As a To-Go Specialist, you'll play an important role in ensuring every takeout order is accurate, complete, and delivered with the same level of care and hospitality as our dine-in guests receive. If you're organized, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Accurately package and prepare takeout orders for guests and delivery drivers.
• Verify each order for accuracy, quality, and presentation before it leaves the restaurant.
• Greet guests and delivery drivers with friendly, professional service.
• Process takeout orders through the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked takeout station.
• Assist with answering phones and taking guest orders when needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as part of a team to create a smooth and efficient guest experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-driven.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to order accuracy.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling guest transactions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• A team player who communicates well with both the Front and Back of House.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or guest service experience is preferred but not required.

• Evening and weekend availability is required.
