Job Summary:
The Specialist, Credit Assurance & Reporting is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit assurance and reporting processes across the organization. This role ensures accurate monitoring, assessment, and reporting of credit risk exposures, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with business objectives. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, assists in credit assurance reviews, and contributes to continuous improvement in credit risk reporting practices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of credit assurance programs and policies; assist in the execution of credit risk reviews and assessments; monitor credit risk exposures and ensure data accuracy in reporting; prepare and deliver credit risk reports and presentations to management and stakeholders; collaborate with business units, credit, risk, compliance, and audit teams to support credit assurance activities; assist in audits and regulatory examinations by providing documentation and responding to inquiries; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance credit assurance and reporting effectiveness; foster a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field;Â
Minimum Experience:Â minimum 5 years of experience in credit risk management, assurance, or financial services;
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Â knowledge of credit risk frameworks, reporting requirements, and industry best practices; experience supporting credit assurance programs and working with cross-functional teams; proficiency with credit risk management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; effective communication and stakeholder management abilities; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Primarily office-based with regular interaction with business, credit, risk, compliance, and audit teams; occasional travel for audits, regulatory meetings, or training sessions may be required; fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adherence to firm standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
