ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you looking for a part-time opportunity where you can build relationships, develop valuable business skills, and make a difference for customers every day? Our agency is seeking a motivated and dependable Account Representative to join our team.
This hybrid sales and service role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment. You'll assist with customer service, support marketing initiatives, answer incoming calls, and help identify opportunities to better serve our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support agency marketing efforts through outreach, follow-up, and community engagement activities.
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with additional products and services that fit their needs.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and technology proficiency.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
- $12.00 per hour plus activity-based bonuses
- Part-time position
- Primary schedule: Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate
