Position: Video Systems Coordinator

Summary of Position: The Video Systems Coordinator supports Biltmore Church’s live video environments and related production systems. This position is responsible for event preparation, equipment maintenance,
task coordination, content programming, and advanced troubleshooting. Working as part of the
Production Systems Team, the Video Systems Technician helps provide reliable technical
support for services and events while stewarding the equipment, systems, and environments
entrusted to the Production Ministry.

Demonstrates initiative and strong communication skills with an ability to work effectively apart from close supervision.Â
Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to track responsibilities, coordinate with team members, and provide clear, timely updates regarding projects, maintenance, and technical concerns.
Experience with the Ross Video ecosystem, ProPresenter, system design, general network engineering, and production systems integration is preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:Â
Direct, switch, or produce live video for broadcast services and events at the Online and Arden campuses
Recruit, and train production volunteers serving in video-related roles, helping them build technical competency, confidence, and consistency
Program and manage content for LED wall systems, including preparing media, organizing playback workflows, verifying proper formatting and display, and troubleshooting content-related issues
Attend and support services, events, maintenance activities, and training sessions scheduled on the production calendar
Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, repairs, and other technical work as needed or as scheduled on the Live Production Calendar
Coordinate video and other technical requirements for weekday and weekend services and events
Complete required administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, supplies, and purchases
Provide production coverage for internal and external events as requested
Perform other duties as assigned by the Central Production Minister or the Production Systems Director.Â
