We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical case management services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. For more information about our campus and services, please visit, The WillowsÂ
Responsibilities
- Conduct new client intakes
- Participate in accurate and detailed management of all client medications
- Participate in medication administration as needed
- Ensure effective documentation of all medication administration in assigned timeframe
- Communicate with and update client’s parent/ family, if applicable, on any medical concerns
- Provide medication administration support to direct care staff and ensure that proper medical documentation and quality control occurs
- Provide medical check-ins with clients and be the primary medical care provider while on base
- Participate in a rotating on call schedule
- Be available for medical consultation/expertise for all base/field scenarios when on call
- Support campus RN as required
- Collaborate with campus RN to keep client charts up to date

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing
- Current North Carolina state licensure as an LPN
- Experience in Substance Abuse/Mental Health
