Basic Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information with excellent customer experiences:Â Support Front Counter Staff in delivering professional explanations and guarantee proper services are provided for passenger or light trucks receiving new tires.Â
- Process and verify workflow with precision:Â Review every work order before front counter processing to ensure all labor items, inventory items, and technician initials are accurately assigned.Â
- Maintain organized records and documentation:Â Require all truck check sheets to be completed and signed off, ensuring all recommended services are clearly documented.Â
- Organize and coordinate the shop for maximum efficiency:Â Manage daily job flows, oversee the immediate and correct processing of take-off tires, and ensure tools are returned to designated spots.Â
- Collaborate closely with the team to optimize operational processes:Â Lead by example to coach technicians, maintaining a clean, safe shop environment while driving the team toward efficiency goals.Â
Requirements
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and a willingness to get your hands dirty managing shop cleanliness, tools, and daily waste disposal.Â
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
