Part Time Night Custodian/Floor Technician

Applicant must be willing to submit to a DoD background check.

Applicant must have reliable transportation.

Experience as a FLOOR TECHNICIAN with emphasis on striping, waxing, buffing, refinishing and basic maintenance of power floor equipment is required. Custodial experience with knowledge of custodial duties and responsibilities preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors - Sweep and Mop floors - Vacuum and Shampoo carpets - Use of equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc. - Clean and sanitize meat room, restroom/bathrooms - Trash Removal

Training wadge First 4 months of 23.11 an hour. After 4 months, custodial wadge is $25.29 an hour.
