Security Clearance/Citizenship Current TS/SCI (and CI poly eligible) / Must be a US Citizen.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or demonstrate three (3) years professional
experience utilizing analytical skills and writing ability to present viable alternatives and make professional recommendations.
Required Qualifications
• Four (4) years demonstrated knowledge and application of NISPOM standards.
• Two (2) years demonstrated knowledge and application of Executive Orders (EOs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), and Federal Investigative Standards (FISs) related to obtaining and maintaining a personnel security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial security matters, pertinent national industrial security policies, directives, and programs.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Open-Source research
Preferred Qualifications
• FBI Experience
• Experience in Intelligence Analysis
Salary: Negotiable based on experience, education, and qualifications.
The final base salary offered within this range will depend on a variety of objective factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized technical skills, education, certifications, and geographic work location. Our internal pay structure is designed to allow placement across the range based on candidate qualifications relative to internal peer equity. In addition to base salary, candidates possessing an active, verifiable security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) may be eligible for a government clearance differential or specialized premium pay. Final compensation placement is determined by clearance level, polygraph status, and contract-specific customer requirements. This position is eligible for performance bonuses, sign-on incentives, and comprehensive benefits. The advertised range represents the good-faith anticipated hiring range for this specific vacancy and does not represent SANCORP’s complete internal compensation band, proposed contract labor rate, billing rate, or total cost to the Government.
Responsibilities:
Sancorp is seeking an Intelligence / Threat Analyst. The following are examples of responsibilities:
• Plan, perform, facilitate, and assist with analyzing known and potential risks and threats directed at the Intelligence Community (IC), including but not limited to the FBI
• Conduct background research
• Analyze and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Attain or develop Company Key Personnel Listings (KPL) as required
• Review and utilize IC Threat Matrix
• Assign Company Threat Scores
• Write Threat Assessments
• Utilize Resource Checklists
