The Customer Excellence Specialist is a key partner to sales and corporate initiatives, ensuring teams and customers have the support required for success. Through onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive communication, the specialist analyzes usage data, identifies trends, and works closely with customers, sales, and cross‑functional teams to uncover opportunities and drive improved outcomes.

The Specialist works on‑site in a Kerecis office and reports directly to the Senior Customer Excellence Manager. This is a full‑time role.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Analyze usage patterns to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Identify opportunities for focus and expansion in collaboration with the sales team
- Support planning and execution of strategic sales and corporate initiatives, including enterprise programs, account‑level growth efforts, and priority commercial projects
- Apply the Kerecis Solutions Framework to relevant sales, corporate, and partner initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM and project management tools
- Analyze current operational methods and identify opportunities to improve procedures
- Establish strong relationships with sales and service teams to ensure seamless cross-departmental collaboration
- Support data-driven decision-making by identifying and securing requirements
- Assist in the development and optimization of customer excellence processes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or a related field
- Experience in sales operations or related environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret operational data
- Experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
