Job DetailsJob Location: LSB-Arlington Hts - Arlington Heights, IL 60005Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $48,880.00 - $48,880.00 SalaryLakeshore Beverage is seeking a Receiving/Inventory Manager responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, receiving operations, product freshness compliance, and audit processes while minimizing inventory loss through effective controls and reconciliation. This role partners cross-functionally to resolve inventory discrepancies, manage inventory transactions, and ensure efficient warehouse operations and product flow.  Monitor compliance with product freshness policies, which includes proper product labeling and rotation in the warehouse. Develop and implement procedures that target the reduction of the following finished product loss categories: breakage, out-of-control, overages and shortages. Monitor in-bound and out-bound deliveries and product transfers; Notify management and sales personnel of out-of-stock, low-in-stock or close-to-code situations. Assist with managing claims for receiving/returning breakages, overages and shortages. Assist with proofing and reconcile invoices, credits, cooperage, and pallet credits. Assist with processing in-transit invoices and credits monthly and follow-up on outstanding cooperage/pallet returns.  Counting on hand inventory daily. Conducti daily, quarterly, year-end audits  Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies working with various departments and management levels. Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate required, College degree preferred.  2 years of inventory and/or accounting experience.  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Effective communication skills. Highly organized with ability to manage priorities, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and attentive to details.  Able to work flexible hours as needed.
