Hourly Pay Range:

Position Highlights:

Ā· Position: Procure to Pay Associate

Ā· Location: Arlington Heights

Ā· Full Time

Ā· Hours: Monday-Friday, during normal business hours

What you will do:

  • Assist the P2P team with obtaining the necessary statements and invoice copies to validate the RNI Report

  • Assist with credit hold situations by requesting statements and invoice copies; process necessary actions to clear holds

  • Assist the AP team with cleaning up invalid items in GHX

  • Work with suppliers to ensure proper invoice submission procedures

  • Assist the AP team with processing invoices in the Workday draft queue, when assigned

  • Assist with GHX invoices lacking a PO by searching Workday to locate the appropriate PO

  • Communicate processes to ensure adherence to the company’s No PO/No Pay policy

  • Adhere to all Endeavor Health policies, procedures, and values

  • Perform Other duties as assigned.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or relevant hospital/healthcare business

  • experience

  • 1-2 Years Accounts Payable experience

  • 1-2 Years Customer Service experience

  • • Effective oral and written communication skills.

  • • Knowledge of Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, referencing other tabs, and other excel skills.

  • • Possess the ability to distinguish between an emergency and non-emergency situation and solve situation accordingly.
