We are looking for a clinician who wants to get involved, think outside the box, build programs, lead social groups, participate in community outings, and create meaningful therapy experiences for children and families.

If you're energetic, creative, ambitious, and excited about growing a speech department, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide engaging, play-based speech therapy in the clinic, home, and community
  • Create and lead social communication groups focused on peer interaction, conversation skills, and real-life communication
  • Participate in field trips and community outings, including parks, stores, community activities, and group experiences
  • Collaborate closely with our ABA team and interdisciplinary providers
  • Train and coach caregivers to support skill carryover at home
  • Track progress and maintain streamlined, high-quality documentation
  • Develop creative therapy programs and new opportunities for children
  • Participate in community and outreach events
  • Help shape and grow our expanding speech department

Growth & Leadership Opportunities

  • 10 hours/month of direct mentorship and supervision
  • Supervision reassessed annually based on clinician needs
  • Paid administrative time
  • Strong support for Clinical Fellows and developing clinicians

  • Hands-on support implementing evidence-based strategies in real sessions

Continuing Education & Training

We believe great clinicians never stop learning.

  • Annual CEU stipend for both full-time and part-time employees
