Summary:

LufCo is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful cost, schedule, staffing, and performance of a complex government contract. This role will serve as a primary interface with government stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, manage program risk and resources, and ensure contractual and technical requirements are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall program execution, including cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and risk management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for government Program Managers, CORs, Contracting Officers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage program resources, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, schedules, and technical performance.
  • Review financial, technical, and program status reporting prior to customer submission.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure integration across technical, operational, and business functions.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and performance gaps.
  • Support proposal changes, engineering change proposals, and other contract modifications as required.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
  • Drive timely recruiting, onboarding, and workforce readiness for program needs.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects of similar scope and complexity.
  • Experience managing multi-task contracts, subcontractors, and multi-vendor environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, resource allocation, financial tracking, and Earned Value Management.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.
  • Experience leading customer-facing program reviews and communicating with senior government stakeholders.
  • PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
