Castle Insurance Group is looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is new to insurance but has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed.
No insurance experience required. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or sales, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the training and licensing support you need to get started.
What You'll Do
- Talk with customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
- Prepare quotes and explain coverage options.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage.
- Assist with policy changes, renewals, and account questions.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date.
- Work with the team to meet sales and service goals.
What We're Looking For
