As a Tool & Die Technician-Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for fabricating, modifying, and repairing precision tools, dies, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. This role requires specialized experience working in an aerospace environment with aerospace-grade materials such as Inconel 625 or similar alloys. You must have proven expertise handling dies with very tight tolerances and working with extremely thin materials, including products as thin as .008 inches. Additionally, you will apply your strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve die-related issues, ensuring tooling meets quality standards and production requirements. Your technical expertise will play a critical role in supporting efficient and accurate manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Tooling Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Anniston, AL location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing quality and productivity of Honeywell’s Aerospace business by maintaining and enhancing tooling capabilities that support the production of high-precision aerospace components.

Business Hours: 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - 4X10 (Monday - Thursday)
