Job Summary
The Logistics Analyst supports the planning and execution of strategies that optimize production, distribution, and inventory management across the supply chain. This role focuses on improving product flow, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely, reliable delivery performance. Responsibilities include analyzing logistics data, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness.
This will be hybrid work from home and working from local office. Local office locations  include Phoenix, AZ; Ogden, UT; Anniston, AZ; Corpus Christie, TX;  Hill, UT.Â
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze and implement logistics plans impacting production, distribution, and inventory performance
Support the development of logistics strategies that enhance product flow and operational efficiency
Conduct distribution and network analyses to inform and drive logistics optimization initiatives
Monitor inventory levels and evaluate requirements to meet delivery schedules and fulfillment targets
Develop and recommend strategies to improve delivery times, order fill rates, and overall service performance
Maintain accurate logistics data and prepare clear, detailed reports for management review
Coordinate logistics activities with cross‑functional teams and external customers to ensure alignment
Provide regular status updates and activity reports to leadership
Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
4 years of experience in Logistics, ISC, and Material Management
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on data‑driven decision making
Highly organized with effective time‑management and prioritization skills
Proven ability to coordinate with cross‑functional ISC teams to maintain alignment on priorities
Skilled in managing logistics data, maintaining accuracy, and generating clear, actionable reports
Effective communicator with experience collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders
Must be a US citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting logistics operations within an ISC or procurement environment
Familiarity with supply chain optimization tools, methodologies, and best practices
Hands‑on experience conducting distribution, logistics flow, or network optimization studies
Prior exposure to government or defense‑related programs, including compliance‑focused work
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
