About Us: Â Apple Playschools is an early childhood educational center that offers outdoor immersion and Spanish immersion programs. Our play-based programs focus on outdoor immersion and Spanish immersion. Our programs are nature based and child led. We believe in radical respect for children and each other and foster a co-learning environment. We are looking for team-oriented assistant teachers to join the team at Green Apple Garden Upper School - right near downtown Ann Arbor. Your Role:Â As an apprentice Teacher you will provide high quality, mission-aligned early childhood education for children in an assigned classroom while collaborating with the Lead/Mentor Teacher of that class.Â

What You’ll Need – The Must-Haves:
- Be age 18 or older
- Eligible to work in the United States of AmericaÂ
- Be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Be able to pass all required background checks and criminal history review
- Meet LARA licensing education requirements appropriate to assigned role
- Be able to be “on your feet” for most of the day
- Hold, carry, or lift up to 25 pounds
- Work outside in all weather conditions
