Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and tidying up living spaces.
- Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
