JOB SUMMARY
- Collaborate with management on hiring qualifications
- Create and post positions on hiring portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial screening interviews via phone calls and virtual meetings
- Coordinate in person final interviews with hiring managers
- Correspond with candidates on the status of their application
- Perform other occasional duties as directed by management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be experienced with hiring
- Experience with Indeed preferred
- Motivation to help the company grow and succeed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
