Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate sales orders from initial inquiry through final delivery, including order entry, confirmation, and status updates.
  • Prepare, review, and manage commercial and shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, mill test certificates, and related import/export paperwork).
  • Liaise with customers, mills/suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure accurate and timely documentation and deliveries.
  • Track shipments and proactively communicate any delays, discrepancies, or required actions to internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of sales transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Support the sales team with pricing updates, inventory availability checks, and customer follow-ups.
  • Assist with resolving documentation or logistics issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable trade regulations.
  • Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed to support efficient sales operations.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or documentation roles (preferably in steel, metals, trading, manufacturing, or logistics/import-export environments).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing commercial and shipping documents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal/external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with ERP/order management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Anaheim, CA.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with steel or metals products and related terminology.
  • Knowledge of international trade documentation, Incoterms, or import/export processes.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Korean) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a trading or wholesale distribution company.
