Role and Mission

As an Enhancement Crew Member at Tri Scapes, you’re on the front lines of transforming commercial and municipal properties through high-impact installation projects. This isn’t just about routine maintenance; it’s about precision, craftsmanship, and executing landscape installations that elevate our clients' properties. From planting large trees and shrubs to installing sod, hardscapes, and seasonal color, you’ll ensure every enhancement project is built to last and looks its absolute best.

Duties

• Execute landscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, seasonal color, and ground cover

• Perform site prep and grading, including soil preparation, leveling, and installing sod or seed

• Spread and install bulk materials such as mulch, pine straw, decorative stone, and gravel with clean, crisp edges

• Assist with light hardscape and drainage installations as needed for commercial enhancement projects

• Safely operate and maintain installation tools and equipment, including sod cutters, tillers, trenchers, and various hand tools

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site during and after the installation process

• Adhere strictly to the Tri Scapes safety culture on every job site, including the proper use of PPE

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape construction, installation, or heavy physical labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

• Ability to work outdoors in various Georgia weather conditions and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

• Dependable transportation to and from work.

• A valid US driver’s license and clean MVR is a plus.
