Be the voice of our credit union! As a Contact Center Representative, you'll deliver exceptional service over the phone, assist members with their financial needs, answer questions, solve problems, and connect members with products and services that help them reach their goals—all while creating a positive experience with every call.
You're Perfect If You:
✅ Love helping people and finding solutions
✅ Communicate clearly and confidently
✅ Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
✅ Enjoy building relationships and identifying opportunities to help members
✅ Have customer service, call center, or financial experience (bonus points!)

Qualifications:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license, plus previous credit union, financial institution, customer service, call center, sales, or related experience.
