Behavioral Health Residential Home Manager, will supervise and coordinate the activities of the residential team, assisting the Behavioral Health Residential Program Manager in managing operations, staffing and program budgets. The ideal candidate for this position is caring, compassionate, patient and has a calming demeanor in times of stress.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working in a residential setting required
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general oversight of day-to-day activities with in the program including the development of person-centered plans and ensuring residents are working towards their goals. (25%)
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conducting performance reviews, ensuring that employees meet training requirements and attend required events. (20%)
  • Assist the Behavioral Health Program Manager in monitoring select budget items and staying within RHA guidelines. Staff oversight and payroll. (20%)
  • Responsible for external audits/licensing and plans of correction to improve program performance. (25%)
  • Provide after hours and on-call coverage as part of the leadership rotation. (10%)
  • Provide performance evaluations and assist in disciplinary actions with employees
  • Travel-5%

  • Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
