Role Overview:
We're looking for a Content Coordinator to own the production and delivery of all wellness content going into the Wellns app. This is an execution-focused role — you'll work within a defined product and content framework, coordinating with our creative team, copywriter, voice talent, and designers to make sure the right content lands in the right place at the right time. The product strategy and wellness framework are already defined — your job is to bring them to life operationally and keep the content pipeline moving. This is for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where things change quickly and deadlines are real.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end content production pipeline — scripts, recordings, edits, asset delivery, and CMS loading
- Coordinate with our copywriter, creative director, designers, and voice talent to ensure all content is produced on time and to spec
- Load and organize all content in the CMS — sessions, affirmations, descriptions, metadata, album art
- Maintain the content calendar and flag risks to the PM when deadlines are at risk
- Brief creative and voice talent on content requirements and ensure deliverables match the product spec
- Conduct first-pass reviews of copy and content for tone, accuracy, and completeness — escalating to the PM for final approval
- Surface relevant wellness trends and competitor content to the PM as research inputs
- Work within content guidelines and tone of voice already established by the product and brand team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content production, content operations, or a coordination role — ideally in a wellness, health, or consumer app environment
- Experience coordinating audio or video content production
- Highly organized with strong project management instincts — you track things, you follow up, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Strong written communication — you can write clearly and adapt tone across different content types
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and creatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with CMS tools and basic content workflows
- Interest in wellness, mental health, or mindfulness — genuine curiosity about the space
- Comfortable with AI writing tools and willing to use them to accelerate output
Nice to Have:
- Background in wellness, health coaching, or a related field
- Familiarity with mobile app content workflows
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment
