Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Assistant Nurse Manager position with the Breast Oncology Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.

Assistant Nurse Manager responsibilities include:

• Delegate tasks to nursing staff
• Manage and checks the nursing schedule
• Ensure all shifts are covered
• Conduct assessments and performance reviews
• Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day

Assistant Nurse Manager Experience:

• 1-2 Years of Oncology Experience
• 3-5 Years of Nursing Experience

Education & Credential Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
