Retail Parts Associate - Marine & Powersports

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Parts Associate to help customers find parts and accessories for their boats and powersports equipment. Whether you already have parts experience or simply enjoy working with customers and learning new things, we’re willing to train the right person.

Schedule

• Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
• Closed Sundays & Mondays 

What You’ll Do

• Help customers in-store, over the phone, and through email 
• Assist customers in finding parts and accessories for boats, ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and more 
• Stock and organize inventory 
• Pull parts for service technicians 
• Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and warehouse 
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and special orders 
• Recommend accessories and add-on products to customers 

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys working with people 
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic 
• Is organized and dependable 
• Works well in a fast-paced environment 
• Is comfortable using computers and phones 
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day 
• Is willing to work Saturdays and occasional overtime during busy seasons 

Experience

• Retail, parts, automotive, marine, or powersports experience is helpful, but not required 
• We’re happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn
