What You’ll Do
Kids Club Leadership
- Â Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire your team dailyÂ
- Â Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for kids and familiesÂ
- Â Own the Kids Club experience and resolve member concerns with careÂ
- Â Train, coach, and develop staff on operations, engagement, and expectationsÂ
- Â Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule team members to maintain coverageÂ
-  Execute and grow programs like Kids Fit, Camps, Parents’ Night Out, and eventsÂ
- Â Monitor reports, check-ins, and usage to drive engagementÂ
- Â Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and brand standardsÂ
- Â Maintain compliance with waivers, child info, and allergy alertsÂ
- Â Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shiftsÂ
Mighty Camp Leadership
- Â Partner with leadership to improve camp experience, enrollment, and operationsÂ
- Â Execute Mighty Camp frameworks to drive financial success and satisfactionÂ
- Â Ensure safety, engagement, and on-brand programmingÂ
- Â Support staff training and ongoing developmentÂ
- Â Track performance to deliver an A+ camp experienceÂ
- Â Maintain organization, staffing, and licensing complianceÂ

Requirements
- Â 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)Â
- Â 1+ year of post-high school experienceÂ
- Â CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, adult)Â
- Â Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsÂ
- Â Proficient in Excel, Word, OutlookÂ
- Â Reliable transportation and flexible scheduleÂ
- Â Ability to stay active throughout shiftsÂ
