Sr Program Specialist - Construction PM - NM*

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager. The successful candidate will leverage previous construction or engineering management experience to lead Building Automation Controls, Fire Alarm, Security, and integrated systems installation projects of varying sizes. You will manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle while overseeing projects in commercial environments, including high-rise buildings, airports, and corporate campuses, as well as institutional and government facilities, including schools, hospitals, military installations, municipal buildings, and other federal, state, and local government sites, supporting both new construction and retrofit projects.

As a Sr. Program Specialist (Sr. Project Manager ) - Building Technology  you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the installation, as well as creating and managing project schedules, financial plans, staffing plans, project implementation and close-out documentation. You will report directly to our Program Manager and you’ll work out of our Albuquerque, New Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
