About the Opportunity

ServCorp (SCx) is seeking experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Training Instructors to support professional workforce development and deliver high-quality training in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, demand planning, and project management.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced supply chain or logistics professionals who enjoy translating real-world experience into practical, engaging instruction for adult learners.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver professional training in supply chain and logistics disciplines.
• Facilitate classroom instruction, discussions, exercises, and practical activities.
• Develop presentations, instructional materials, exercises, assessments, and supporting course content.
• Apply real-world logistics and supply chain examples to training activities.
• Explain complex supply chain concepts clearly to audiences with varying levels of experience.
• Evaluate participant understanding and maintain appropriate training records.
• Support course planning, preparation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other instructors and project personnel to ensure consistent training quality.
• Travel as required for onsite training assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, demand planning, transportation, procurement, or related disciplines.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience developing or delivering professional, technical, corporate, Government, military, or adult-learning training.
• Ability to develop professional training materials and practical exercises.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel for onsite training assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal, DoD, or military logistics experience.
• Supply chain or logistics management experience in a Government environment.
• PMP, APICS/ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification.
• Experience with adult learning, facilitation, instructional design, or professional development.
• Experience developing curriculum, syllabi, assessments, workbooks, or case studies.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, inventory, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.
• Experience teaching supply chain project-management concepts.

Schedule & Travel

Training assignments will generally require onsite classroom delivery during standard business hours. Travel to training locations is required.

Government Access

This position may require completion of applicable background screening, identification, facility-access, and other Government access requirements.
