Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Senior Process Leader/Business Analyst. This position within ATI's Specialty Alloys & Components Digital Technology team leads critical business initiatives across multiple departments, with a primary emphasis on Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain applications.  The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who combines project leadership, business analysis, technical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills to deliver enterprise business solutions.

A Senior Process Leader serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Technology, ensuring business needs are translated into effective technology solutions.

As a Senior Process Leader with an advanced understanding of project management methodologies, you will quickly assess business opportunities and challenges, develop strategic plans, and execute solutions that deliver successful business outcomes.

This role requires a collaborative leader who can facilitate requirements gathering, recommend strategic solutions, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

 

Essential Functions

 

  • Lead collaborative work efforts with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects
  • Research and analyze user requirements and business processes related to Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain applications
  • Lead the development and management of project plans by defining specific tasks, resources, schedules, and budget requirements
  • Develop system specifications, process flow diagrams, presentations, and training materials; conduct "as-is" and "to-be" workflow analysis and documentation
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to define application logic, data definitions, and system designs
  • Lead or support QA, UAT, and end-user training activities
  • Implement new procedures and standards as required
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant digital technologies, project management, and business analysis methodologies, and put these into practice to drive strategic initiatives
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders and promote DT strategy and capabilities
  • Support solution deployments, including occasional after-hours implementation activities when required
  • Create and maintain process and end-user training documentation
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing, preferred
  • 5+ years of experience with:
    • Leading or managing a team of technical and business resources to deliver successful outcomes in a manufacturing or industrial environment
    • Leading development and implementation of assigned projects and developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
    • Eliciting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions
    • Designing, modifying, and implementing information systems
    • Documenting requirements, identifying risks, discovering gaps, and developing design specifications
  • Experience facilitating business process improvements and process mapping
  • Strong project management, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication (verbal, written, and listening), and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • PMP or other PMI certification preferred
  • Relevant Microsoft or other technology certifications preferred
