Summary of Functions
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting HR programs, processes, and projects through the maintenance and monitoring of Human Resources information systems. This role ensures data integrity, develops and maintains consistent HR policies and processes, and provides support to stakeholders who utilize HR information. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with comprehensive HR knowledge to drive efficiency and improve HR delivery across the organization. Responsibilities include consulting with HR to identify business and process needs, communicating requirements to Information Technology teams, testing changes as part of go-live projects, and creating supporting documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Administer multiple HR systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, performance management platforms) including user access management, integration oversight, configuration, and upgrade implementation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate HR programs, processes, and projects through strategic information system management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with vendors and IT to ensure proper integration between HR systems and internal/external platforms.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design and implement robust data validation rules and controls.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Establish and maintain automated data quality monitoring protocols.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain current knowledge of emerging HR technologies and their potential business applications.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Research and recommend appropriate automation tools aligned with business needs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Architect and implement automated workflows to optimize HR processes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify opportunities to transform manual processes through automation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Consult with HR teams to identify business and process needs for effective HR information management and sharing.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform gap analysis between current and desired future state processes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop comprehensive process flows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Articulate technical requirements effectively to Information Technology teams.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Evaluate HR systems' alignment with organizational objectives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Formulate strategic recommendations for system enhancements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide data-driven solutions to support HR strategic initiatives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Execute system testing during implementation phases and go-live projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in comprehensive testing during system upgrades and implementations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features and system changes.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assess HR systems for UI improvements and accessibility compliance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Design and generate comprehensive reports from HR systems to support data-driven decision making.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop executive-level dashboards that transform HR data into actionable business insights.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create customized reporting solutions to support strategic HR leadership decisions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deliver training to HR staff and managers on system functionality and best practices.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct systematic security audits according to organizational standards.

Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience in systems administration required, with HR Systems experience preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience consulting with stakeholders to identify business and process needs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 A strong understanding of HR programs, processes, and information management.
Skills & Abilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 HRIP, SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience supporting HR programs and initiatives through systems implementation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with go-live projects and system testing methodologies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with API integrations and HR system implementation projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of change management principles.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with workflow automation and process improvement.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Background in HR analytics or people analytics.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience leading system implementation projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience creating wireframes or mockups for system interfaces.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field required.
