Experienced Shop & Field Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Shop and Field Mechanic to join our growing team at a well-established asphalt paving equipment dealership in Southern California. We prefer candidates with direct experience in the asphalt paving industry who are ready to work on a wide variety of heavy equipment in both shop and field environments. Required Experience & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with asphalt pavers, milling machines, and rollers
Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience
Understanding of 12-volt and 24-volt electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
Welding and steel cutting experience required
Must supply a full set of mechanic tools
Clean driving record required
Ability to work independently in both shop and field settings

Position Details:
Full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule
