Job Title: Senior Manufacturing ManagerÂ

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manufacturing Manager directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operations of the cultivation and production facility in Adel, GA. This position establishes systems to collect metrics, analyze productivity, and sets performance targets that will meet revenue and cost goals. This position leads the development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Senior Manufacturing Manager ensures robust building safety and security procedures and training are in place and that operations are in compliance with all required regulations. This position directs support functions to ensure alignment with overall plant operations.Â

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the business unitÂ
- Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course correctionsÂ
- Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, cultivation, and technical services policies and practices; and coordinating actions with corporate staffÂ
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reportsÂ
- Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unitÂ
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the cannabis products for Trulieve consumersÂ
- Maintain budgets and optimize expensesÂ
- Oversee key hiring and talent development programsÂ
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsÂ
- Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talentÂ
- Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employeesÂ
- Report key results to corporate officersÂ
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planningÂ
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionallyÂ
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performanceÂ
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulationsÂ
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)Â
- Review and enforce all Trulieve policies and standard operating proceduresÂ
- Provide reports on a regular basis (at least quarterly) and as directed or requestedÂ
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies
- Proactive in understanding and educating changing regulations, laws, and best practices, as they apply to the business and industryÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business administration, law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredÂ
- 5+ years’ experience working in manufacturing, agriculture, and/or food service industryÂ
- 5+ years’ proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive roleÂ
- Experience in planning and budgetingÂ
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)Â
- Strong analytical abilityÂ
- Superior project management skillsÂ
- Outstanding leadership skillsÂ
- Problem-solving aptitudeÂ
- Integrity and professional ethicsÂ
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SharePointÂ
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- High level of engagement with stakeholders and third partiesÂ
- Accurate and precise attention to detailÂ
- Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven resultsÂ

WORK SCHEDULE
- 55+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on business needs
- Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays
- Some travel required
